Grant Applications
Please include the following in a grant request:
- A letter describing your organization and the grant request including budget.
- Your organization's annual report.
- Proof of tax exempt status
under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code.
Grant applications must be submitted by the following dates for consideration at the foundation's
Board meetings:
